It was a whirlwind the past week, but each moment filled with joy and fulfillment.

In the middle of the chaos a small group of us were able to spend an evening at the Palmarium. A beautiful space to relax while in the midst of lemurs. Watching them jump from tree to tree curious but also unbothered was so enjoyable. Something about being around animals makes everything else fade and it was a pause that I didn’t know I needed.

To top it off, a small team also pulled off an art exhibition in town. Featuring a series of stunning double exposure film photos shot by a talented friend of mine. Putting the whole thing together in a developing nation was not a small task, but seeing people come out and enjoy the event was so worth it.

The planning has officially started planning my PTO time in Canada for the first 2 weeks of May. Although I know it will be a busy time I’m so excited to see all my dear family and friends.
